Every time I want to change from mp3 to mp4 it crashes or wont let me. I use this app a lot and I really need this fixed pleaseee

Honestly nothing else about this app matters considering its the only app which offers true background downloading right now, and it actually works!! This is the only download app you should be using. Real background downloads with notifications for when the download completes! Its awesome.

Now you can not download anything because of the new App Store terms not worth downloading app

I think these app is great but you guys have to make something were we cant save out downloads to so went he get a new device we get everything that we had downloaded on the app on our new device

Why I cant download from YouTube and sound cloud, why I bought this app and recommended for my friends, Im so surprise, before it was the best app for me and now its not

This is a useful app for saving videos, even if you change devices. I save videos to the app, and if I really want to keep them, I use "OPEN IN..." and open them in the app for my NAS network storage drive or in some other app like Dropbox. At that point I can open them on any device on my network, or copy a video from my Mac to a flash drive and take it anywhere. Now--- if a video has been locked so it cant be downloaded (as You Tube now does) you cant do much about that. But this isnt a fault in the app. If you find a bunch of videos you want to download, this app works great! There is a learning curve, but its not bad at all.

You want to download videos and then have them in that app storage too bad dont look here. You want videos without in need of wifi? Not here. You want great app? Definitly not here.

This app is not doing what it stated it would...

Theres an apple alert pop up that comes up every time I open the app. I cant do anything within the app. What do I do to fix this?

No longer downloads from certain sites, disappointed, never should have updated the app. Previous version worked great. Bad purchase when the app maker can later render your purchased product useless. Suggestion... Dont update any working apps....!

This app WAS awesome. Now I cant download from most of the popular sites. I am truly disappointed that I spent money on it. The Dev team need to fix much.... I strongly do not recommend this anymore.
